Return Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our lamps, we do not accept returns for non-defective items. If your lamp arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.

Refund Process

For approved returns, we offer a full refund or replacement. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
